Samba no Zorin 18

Okay, I will have to check if that might have something to do with hwy they're showing up then. My understanding is that this will not show by default, but I could be wrong about that.

yes, your right.

For me I switched to Zorin connect now what for me with all Zorin OS computers just works fine.

My guess is that the makers dropped samba sharing because they have other ways now to share files between computers like with Warp, Remmina or even Deskflow, wich are all beautiful tools who can made sharing posible but nothing at all like a great working samba share should work.

Sharing a folder with a rightclick in Nautilus isn't posible annymore, and it has never worked before though.

Hi AZorin, how are you?

I hope you're well. I followed the procedure of uninstalling apparmor-profile and restarting the machine, but the uninstallation did not resolve the issue.

Zorin OS 18 sees Zorin OS 17 on the network, but the reverse is not true: Zorin OS 17 cannot see Zorin OS 18.

Thank you AZorin. I'll be following this thread and am available to assist with any further troubleshooting.
