Samsung ML3310ND - Zorin Pro 18 - Feint text

Hi there
Just need a pointer to the recommended installation suggestions for the above printer.

It was recognised during the OS install and prints fine, except the density/darkness is too feint.

Not sure where to go, since the 'test page' print option from the Zorin printers settings is perfect, gives a set of differing density's.

The 'toner saver' is disabled in the printer's own setup, and the printers own test page is fine.

Ideas anyone?

edit - Zorin 17 core has a different interface and works fine.

Hi there, sorted it.
FYI - downloaded the driver from the support website (uld_V1.00.39_01.17.tar.gz) and ran the install.sh as Superuser.

Only one instance was installed and I get control of the density.
