We will be having a scheduled 12 hr brown out today starting at 6:00am till 6:pm .... for joy for joy .... so I'll be back tomorrow ....
Your brownout was 2 days ago - are you backup and running with normal Electricity supplies?

Yes .... in fact I was back on the net by 6:30 that night .... they schedule brown-outs to work on feeders and other such .... this time it was the National Energy Commission's call and it effected 7 prominent feeders and effected a good part of the city .... our electric company supplier uses this time to make what ever repairs to the system they need to .....
The bad part is is that the power can not come back on until the NEC says so ..... even if the repairs are completed before the time subscribed ....
