Scrcpy for android 13 - phone moto g stylus 5g 2022 - not working

For those who use scrcpy, I just want to make sure I am understanding correctly. Since Zorin 17.1 is based on Ubuntu 20.4 (I think I have that right), the latest version of scrcpy I can use is 1.21. Apparently 1.24 works with Android 13.

I got scrcpy to work with my tablet, which uses and earlier version of android. Am I understanding this correctly? Or are there alternatives? I'l like to mirror my phone and tablet at times and control from the desktop.

Zorin 17 is based on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and Zorin 16 is based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
