Screen dripping

I switched computers and the screen is showing drizzles on the black screen. This does not happen on Windows. I've tried another monitor, configure by the tutorials I found on the internet, install other versions of linux, I did stress test of the components (remembering that it is a new computer), I can not identify the problem. Somebody can help me.

When you say you "switched computers," I am not understanding what you mean by this. Do you mean that you transferred an installed Zorin OS on a drive into a new computer with different motherboard and graphics card?

First and for-most, before you do anything else of any shape or kind, please make sure that "Secure Boot" is disabled in the BIOS.
