OK as we are in safe mode, we will try to install newer kernel because your hardware is recent
do that
Add repository
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:damentz/liquorix
Update sources and install:
sudo apt update && sudo apt install linux-image-liquorix-amd64
reboot
be sure secure boot is disable in bios please

Yes and never enable it again, I made you install unsigned kernel (don't worry it's safe) so you will freeze again if it's enable.
