Yes, I switched it on in one of the first steps when you started helping me.
I've restarted into Recovery Mode again, and this time the graphics resolution has dropped very low, so the driver must have updated
OK as we are in safe mode, we will try to install newer kernel because your hardware is recent
do that
Add repository
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:damentz/liquorix
Update sources and install:
sudo apt update && sudo apt install linux-image-liquorix-amd64
reboot
be sure secure boot is disable in bios please
I think this fixed it...

Yes and never enable it again, I made you install unsigned kernel (don't worry it's safe) so you will freeze again if it's enable.
