Its a 13" screen so the icons are pretty small
Actually, It's Fine. For Bigger Taskbar the Easiest way is to go to Zorin Appearance and try changing Layout.

Ah... I really need to be sure to ask about Fractional Scaling early on. I am used to asking about Graphics cards...
Fractional Scaling was released in Linux before it is ready, to be honest.
Additional Drivers uses Jockey to check for Dedicated Hardware Drivers. If there is no dedicated hardware, there will be no drivers for it.
@anon6471198 I think you are thinking of Software store.
Software & Updates works reasonably well (for a gui).
