Can I get guidance on how to add wine-apps to the default Zorin firewall?

In terminal, can you run sudo ufw app list to show which applications have profiles for network connections. You can use sudo ufw allow “Application-Name” to create an allowance for that app, replacing "application-name" with the actual app name.
I am not sure if this will help you per WINE, as I have never tried... but at least it is a start.

I believe you do not need the ' tags. Also remember that the command is Case Sensitive. Did you try specifying the port (number) in the command?
