Setting up Linux Zorin laptop &graphine OS pixel 8pro mobile

Has anyone found::folded_hands:

  1. Clipboard manager software, to import audio tracks from 4 devices onto Linux Zorin laptop, merge without duplication, & export onto graphine OS pixel 8pro mobile phone.
  2. Software for Linux Zorin to import contacts, documents, other useful data, from Samsung mobile. Then to export onto graphine OS pixel 8pro.
  3. An accurate voice to text OS app for graphine OS pixel 8pro and Linux Zorin laptop.
    I'm a tech beginner. Please explain in easy steps.
