Settings|Sharing|Remote Desktop is greyed out

I have two Zorin 17 machines and a Windows 10 machine all on the same network at home. I used Settings|Sharing|Remote Desktop to enable RDP so I could access the first Zorin 17 machine from the Windows 10 machine. It worked great I was able to log in from the Windows 10 using the Windows Remote Desktop connection. However, when I tried to do the same on the second Zorin 17 machine I found that the "Remote Desktop" line at Settings|Sharing|Remote Desktop is greyed out, not allowing me enable the Remote Desktop. Does anybody know why its greyed out and how to change it?

I'm not familar with remote desktops. Perhaps this tutorial can help you?

Do you have enabled the firewall in Zorin?

Do You have on the 2nd Machine a Separation of User and Admin?

Thanks for the link. I already went through it. The procedure outlined there is a bit different as it uses Settings|System|Remote Desktop which doesn't exist in Zorin 17. Instead Zorin 17 has Settings|Sharing|Remote Desktop, and that's where I get the greyed out "Remote Desktop" line that doesn't allow me to enable. I do not have firewall enabled on either Zorin 17 machine. My firewall is my router. Both machines are connected by a wired connection to my local network.

Do you have a screenshot you can share of that whole settings area? Another question I have is do you have auto login enabled on this machine and not the other machine?

I seem to recall this issue coming up before but can't recall what it was at this time.

The 2nd Zorin 17 machine only has one user which is in both the adm and sudo groups.

Okay I found the problem, and got it working. There was supposed to be a toggle switch in the upper right to Enable Sharing, but there wasn't one. I clicked around in that area of the screen and sure enough it turned blue. The only difference between the 1st and 2nd Zorin 17 machines was the color theme that had been chosen. In the light theme on the 2nd machine, there is NO CONTRAST between the toggle switch and its white background, so it was invisible. Now that its toggled on, it's visible and everything works! Thank you all for your help.
