That warning refers to a change in format and syntax for listing repositories in Debian systems and derivatives. It actually has been available for quite some times, but it seems that soon it will become the only supported format. But you don't need to do anything about it, it's only a warning, and it does cause other packages from remote repositories to change.
But I'm not sure about the mismatch error though. It looks like it could be a delay in mirrors distributing the update, in which case the problem should go away if you try again a bit later.

Back to main server. Then refreshed and still not working.
Wierd that in the sofwares app, it says that that is main server. Could this be the cause ?
