i installed budgie on zorin but not sure why i can not get the transparent of the topbar ,even i turned it to always and dynamic ,but it still not working
Not all GTK4 theme are supporting transparency. You need to find a theme that does.

I think I've already said it but you have great eye when it comes to match themes/icons and wallpapers to use colors that blend in together nicely.
