Good Video Overiew. The Folder Icons are nice, too. but I have to say: To see it like this, the Black is really a bit intense - and then You ses it as the Border for the Folder Icons. Is to be honest not my Thing. Don't understand me wrong: I don't want to talk it bad. It is only my personal Impression. The Icon Pictures of the Programs itself are very sharp and very clear. That is really good to detect.

Comes unfortunately not so good on the Pictures but a little Difference is to see.
Well, a grin reaper is better then a grim reaper, otherwise, you'll know what feeling sad is like, and have nothing to grin about.
I think the Theme helps good with the black Frame of the Folder Icons.
