Elegance med varme – en fantastisk kombination. Ikonerne er rent faktisk oplyst nedefra. Du har fuld kontrol. (Men dit skrivebord skræmmer mig...)

Looks like "old" kde ! (kde 4)
what desktop environment is it ? Gnome with special theme ?
Nope. It's KDE Plasma 6.3.6 on fork of Debian 13, PCLOS Debian.
The info is in the second screenshot, LXQt.
I like that theme SWARF, it reminds me of Windows 7 a bit, literally the last Windows OS, that was any good. It just proves an OS, doesn't need to look like a calculator from the 80's - 90's, you can make it look decent, especially if the OS is decent as well.

Hi @StarTreker it's the same as this:
I just changed the Windows 10 wallpaper for one of the 'standard' KDE Plasma walls.
The great thing about the lead creator of PCLOS Debian, Upgreyed, listens to users and responds. I commented that after migrating to the Debian 13 edition from 12 I could not find OCRFeeder present, he put it in the repos. A new user requested for a download application, Upgreyed added it to the repo: Persopolis download manager.
