These are not working with laptops keyboard as well as from external keyboard from past few days but the with caps lk its working fine
open the terminal and write this command sudo journalctl -p err -b and show me the output u get
it's probably an error with a keyboard shortcut
Also, can you please relay what regional Language settings you are using.
