Short-term, but frequent, freezing of the zorin 18 core system

Short-term, but frequent, system freezes on Zorin 18 core. This happens, seemingly for no reason. I'm not an advanced user, nor am I a total beginner, but I can't figure out why this is happening. The attached picture is my computer. Maybe these components are not OK, because the computer is quite old.

Does it freeze when You use a Browser? If yes, You could disable Hardware Acceleration in the Browser Settings. Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? If Windows is installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled?
