I am using Zorin OS from the last 2 years and I just got a Pop up from Zorin to Ubuntu 22.04. I lost the Pop up but should I consider upgrading the next time it shows up?
Do not Upgrade to 22.04 as Zorin is still running 20.04, Your system will crash after installing Ubuntu 22.04, The Software Update might have received the update from an Ubuntu repository and you should uncheck it immediately 
Zorin may include higher version of Ubuntu in the next update

Thank You for the information, But their are a dozen of articles that suggest how to update to Ubuntu 22.04.
As I said,
Your System will not work on 22.04 with zorin os utilities currently

Which Ubuntu Repository?
Several users have posted recently saying that they get this pop up notification - and it really shouldn't be happening since the release-upgrader is default set to "never".
We have been struggling to figure out the cause of this.
I am not sure, But I suppose this one!

You should not be getting this prompt, And you should not upgrade, it does break a great many things, and it took me a week to fix it, and then they rebroke when the next zorin update came out so I just re-installed it.
Can you provide a list of your repositories for review?
In Terminal can you run this command and paste the output
apt policy
also just to confirm you never edited the /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades file?

I just followed one website and removed a whole lot of repositories as ghostminator suggested. I never faced he problem again. But, for your sake

That's after the repositories were removed? Those look like they are all normal ones now 
. But that's what I was going to look at and see what ones were listed, often softwares more maintain their own repositories and have you add them and then they'll stop making the software or they'll sell it it'll change names and then repo goes away and it causes all kinds of problems. Or you'll have 2 repos with conflicting dependancies.
