i got a error when trying to shutdown my dekstop.
“Fout ontvangen tijdens de afmeldpoging”
translate
“Error received during the logout attempt”
See if you find either of the logs listed here:

and post their output (if a lot of text, then post the output of around the time when you shutdown).
I sadly forgot to make copy of the logs but i already did a snapshot back, so the logs front that day are gone.
Please try fixing this issue by opening the Zorin menu > Settings > Session and Startup > Session and clicking “Clear saved sessions”.
I will check that later today but It looks fine for now I haven’t see the message in the last 3 days.
