Since new Zorin update, OS keeps shutting off completely at random times, caused a lot of data loss harm and stress

I'm using Dell N411z laptop, Zorin OS 17.2 Core, X11. SSD main drive.

It will just straight up power off, as if its overheated or something. It's happened about 10 times in the past few days. I dont know what the cause of it is. But it caused me to lose a years worth of priceless and invaluable save sessions on a browser extension called "Session buddy".

Here are the error logs for two separate times the shutoff happened:

Here are the temps for two separate times that are near the time my laptop shutoff, I have not witnessed anything unusual about laptop temps:

Lastly, here is the browser extension file path folder I need to back up every five minutes: /home/alpha/.config/thorium/Default/IndexedDB/chrome-extension_edacconmaakjimmfgnblocblbcdcpbko_0.indexeddb.leveldb/

If you guys could please recommend me a program, GUI or non GUI that will back up this folder every five minutes and that does it automatically when I start my ZorinOS. And also, I need it to create a popup window whenever an error occurs. And i need it to create 4 days worth of backups of the 5 minute increments.

-Thanks

since you say after an update , i would start there and try find what update exactly causes this .
and then , a browser extension to backup a folder every 5 minutes ? whats that ?
iv'e never heard of and it's probably just crazy , to have to backup anything every 5 min.

did the kernel update ? roll back to a previous kernel and see then ?

You dont appear to be familiar with browser extensions that save your browser tab sessions? The reason why it needs to be every five minutes is because I save open browser tabs frequently. Save and close them, to keep my RAM down, and unclutter my browser tabs.

I appreciate the advice and will look into the kernel issue.

I'd also consider installing Timeshift.

yea probably not . i almost never have more than 2 tabs open, and if something happens (which never does) , i'd just go into history and start where it left off , sort off .

i wouldn't "save" priceless years worth of stuff on a browser , but maybe i don't understand ...
anyway , good luck in your browser endeavours
