I had problems with the speed of my Wifi as I am a new probe investigating a thousand places, I would have to have a decent speed to navigate but I only got less than 1mb, I tried to reinstall drivers and disable ipv6, point to nearby DNS and other options without success, The connection is made at 2.4 due to hardware, I tried it from my office network and there I got 15mb is something decent to navigate, when I got home I tried a different network and connected to another 2.4 network different from the one I had with speed increase to 16mb
conclusion: I still do not know what prevented the correct connection to my first network to get less than 1mb of speed, firewall perhaps?
What worked for me, on zorin os 16.1, was:
Settings->network->firewall configuration
And then i switched the status button to on
