I dont think thats my problem...My earphones can't change from A2DP sink to HSP/HFP...I want my headphones in HSP/HFP profile since A2DP does'nt support mic....without switching to HSP/HFP profile i can't use the mic in my headphones(in any meetins or calls)

When I try to change it from A2DP to HSP/HFP it shows 'failed to change profile to headset_head_unit'

Any solutions?

(PS: I use Oneplus Buds Z and Redmi SonicBass bt earphones)

Have you installed Blueman? Its more featured, and may possibly allow you to do what you want. Yes you can find Blueman in the Software Store. You will know its the right one, cause it says its from the Blueman group.
