So Long... But I'm back!

Hello everybody.
How are you? Some of you might remember me, some of you might not. I was an heavy forum user two years ago...
Lately I've had a lot, really a lot, going on. I met someone, I lost someone, I've seen a lot of things... Even too much, if I can say.
But here I am, coming back here, to have some time for myself... I hope nothing much has changed on here while I was away... So, how are you? What have y'all been doing this time?

Welcome back! I am new here since you were away, it's nice to meet you and see you finding a little time for yourself. Sometimes it's nice to have a little time away too though, and it's easy enough to pick up where you left off.

I've been around since the old forum, which means I do recognize you. While I do not know you personally, your words do speak to me. I've been through a lot of things in my life, and I too have seen things, experienced things, some of the worst humanity has to offer infact.

So, as the Navi would say in Avatar, I see you. I absolutely love Zorin OS, its my favorite linux OS, next to POP OS. I am glad that you've returned, because this is a great time to do some reading up, on all the fancy new features that Zorin OS provides, and what it upcoming in the future.

I too also went through a period of time, where I took a break from the forum, sometimes its good to take a break. Gave me a chance to think about where I am, what I am doing, and what I hope to accomplish in the future. Sometimes you just got to switch your gears.

I would like to share a thread, that has a video I recommend you watch. (Since you been gone I assume you possibly haven't seen it yet) Its a really awesome video, where Artyom Zorin got interviewed, and it was really quite enlightening.

I haven't heard any news from Aravisian. At the moment I'm holding the fort alone.

I hope he's all good.

Well that is a downer. I had noticed his absence of course but I assumed he was busy with the upcoming holidays or with his own projects and had probably announced a leave to the other community leaders.

One thing I like about forums is that is much more "asynchronous" form of communication. People can come and go as they please, and while we sometimes feel the absence of some people, it's quite reassuring that we can just take a break as needed. Holiday season are closing in, and it's about to get busy so a good break from the interwebs might be in order!

Last time I saw Aravisian on this site, was 28-days ago according to my notifications. Either he is so busy he can't do forum duties, or he's taking a break from the forum, or perhaps he's gotten sick, there's just no way to know, unless he makes a post.
