What`s problem?
Can you try:
- Zorin Menu -> System Tools -> Software Updater -> Settings to see if you can access using this way?
- Reinstall the package with Synaptic?
Nothing helps
Also reinstall, python3-software-properties. If that doesn’t fix it, do the same for software-properties-common.
Is this a new install? Did Software Updater run successfully in the past?
