A member of the Solus forum have made a CLI Software Store which might be of interest of some of the members of this board if it's compatible. It's precise and lightning fast and got all the info you need. It's called solseek.
It could be awesome to also have it as an alternative to the cumbersome Gnome Software Center.

No, it need to change the eopkg to apt somehow. I'm no coder, so I don't know where to begin.
It is not really feasibly possible to do so. The requirements, dependencies and packaging format are too different.
And if you did work some magic to get it installed on Zorin OS, with a major effort, it would not work. It is for managing Solus eopkg, not APT, so that entire structure is...
No. Easier to build a new text based package manager for APT and I bet one already exists.
