when I installed Zorin I did not want to do partitions. I'm looking at my disk space and it looks like theres two partitions. I didn't want that. am I just misunderstanding something? is it just that part of this is for the OS and the rest is storage? is some of it the BIOS or something? is this normal?
lol, is it normal for the hdd to be nearl 100 degrees farenheit?
you have the boot partition and the os partition, normal behavior...

yes it is, it wouldn't be of it was 100°C
interesting. I had assumed that the boot stuff would be directly on the motherboard. I dont know much about computers.

No, this is normal. The Partitions are the actual Installation of Zorin.
