Honestly I wasn't exactly sure what to do with the right-side spacing of the scroll bar thingy, Because I thin kit would look nicer if it was extra space on the right to make it really feel like it's connected to the apps or smth idk
A Suggestion as Workaround: You could use the Gnome Extension ArcMenu instead of the default Zorin Startmenu. There, You can disable the Scrollbars.
