It is possible to create a menu that allows me to select if I want to enter a normal session or that allows me to directly enter a specific program?.
I want the children to turn on the computer when I'm not there and be able to go directly to a Karaoke game, so that access is easier for them.

I would advise you give them their own account - but make them a standard user so they can't mess with anything. Next, select 'Startup applications' and add the Karaoke game in there so that when the machine boots, it will launch the game after reaching the desktop. You might want to consider passwordless logins for them, or get them to learn to make a computer secure they should use a password for their and their data protection.
