Startup Applications - Where to find?

A quick question, I have Qlipper's clipboard thing and it doesn't have a built in "start on login" toggle. I want to add it manually.

Where do I look for my software in the "choose command" folder menu?

You need to figure out which command Qlipper is using to execute, but it's probably:
