Disculpen instale steam a través del steam instaler de la tienda y me da error no quiere abrir aparece como que se ejecuta y se cierra ya no se que hacer no conozco nada de Linux y estoy algo frustrada me pueden ayudar diciéndome que hacer? También trate de instalar wine Pero cuando llegó a la parte de la llave dice que la llave ya existe y después me dice que los directorios de estable y devel no existen y da error me ayudan?
Do you have installed steam as flatpak or Zorin package? You'll have less problems when you use the Zorin package in "Software" manager, because this packages are better integrated in the system and have access to important files. Flatpaks are isolated from the system.
When you have installed steam as flatpak you should also install flatseal and then set permissions to all users / system files in flatseal for steam.
When you want to install steam as Zorin Package first remove flatpak version and then install it. In terminal you can do it with
"sudo apt install steam"
or in Software manager search for "Steam installer"

Not necessarily; the Software store offers Flatpak as the default package format whenever there's a choice to be made. You should look carefully and select which one to choose from the drop-down menu under the "Install" button.
In any case, it sounds like OP use the download option from the website which downloads a Debian package by default.
