Can you please give us the specifications of your notebook, in particular how much RAM you have, and the Processor.
(Side comment, looks like you have a damaged/faulty display with that white line down the middle.)

- Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled?
- If Windows is still installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled?
- Is Your BIOS in UEFI or Legacy Mode?
- What Tool did You use to create the Bootstick?
