I uninstalled some programs like TeamViewer and might have accidentally removed something related to ImageMagick or tracker-miner. Then I ran an autoremove command and noticed that many desktop environment-related files were removed, such as Magic Lamp, and more. What should I do now?

Try

sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop

You were right to pay attention to the terminal output.
You can reinstall ImageMagick & tracker-miner, as well.
