Fixed.
I did offline install and didn't face the problem from before
but still if any one know about the problem I just faces please explain

Good catch with that. Usually, a second try (just like a restart) tends to solve a lot of these little weird gotchas... I can't say for sure what caused this. Maybe the installation of a certain component failed halfway and left a corrupted file in place of what was expected? I don't know.
Usually when you enter your Country and Region/Locale, Zorin will select the server for your region. I wonder if it was an issue with your region's server? Post instalk you are advised to change to 'Main Server'. To do this, start Software Updater from Menu | System | Software Updater, then click on 'Stop' button before it can complete. Next click on Settings button. 5 tabs appear. Go to the left most tab and change Software Source to Main Server. You will need to provide your login password to make the change, then reload Software Updater which will check for any updates.
Just checking also, did you connect to an internet connection before starting the install process? I've done this before and I feel dumb every time I forget lol.
