Hi....none of the strategies have completely settled the issue, albeit the piece of the screen which is inert to contact is presently more modest (not exactly an inch in width, running start to finish of the screen). The Surface Pro 4 is still especially usable and, as the gadget is out of guarantee and would cost over £560 to fix, I will continue to utilize it meanwhile with the somewhat diminished usefulness.
