I have tried the suspend button but stopped using it, as when I try to resume the OS is unable to find the GPU, and I have to shut down and restart.
Also, I do not have the hibernate option?

@SBZorin2 have you gone to Settings, then Power, then Power Saving, then Automatic Suspend to look at your computer settings there? Is the Automatic Suspend button on? In the Power section if you turn on the Automatic Suspend button you should have below options in the Suspend and Power button section. Just an idea in case this helps.
Thank you for your reply.
I have been using W10 again out of frustration so I have been absent for a while.
The frustration had been getting to me.
In the settings menu the only things visible under P are Plan Maker, Pomodoro, and Power Statistics.
@SBZorin2 Sorry, I may not have been clear, I mean under Zorin settings, then Power, then Automatic Suspend. What menu are you looking at? Are you on Zorin OS? I am looking at Zorin 16 Core desktop and Zorin menu under Settings.
I understand about the frustration too. When I can not solve a problem I walk away for a while, it certainly helps. Hope this helps you out.
I have Zorin 17 Pro.
I too walk away in frustration.
Back to my W10 drive.
