I installed synaptic in my zorin os 16.2 but when i open it won't open

What does it say if you launch it from terminal?

sudo synaptic

i try this command in terminal but not found open synaptic

Maybe it's not installed completely, lets try (and please post the exact out put if it doesn't work):

sudo apt install synaptic
