I have come to distrust DW more and more, lately. I would link to why, but reddit is shut down, right nw. Basically, it has severe trust issues in the community.
1 quick example: MX Linux is 2398% not the most popular distro. Not even remotely close. However, the MX Linux devs added distrowatch as the homepage in their browsers to raise their visibility.
Basically, people game the system on that site and the information they gather is not always correct.
