I have a problem with my system, the taskbar has shrunk and I can't access the taskbar settings menu to fix it, what should I do? I'm a beginner in the Linux system.

Could You specify what You mean with ''shrunk''? Do you mean the Length or the Height?
To come in the Taskbar Settings, You could simply make a right-click on the Taskbar:
Or You use the Extension Manager. This Program is available in Gnome Software as a Flatpak:
