The QR code will not resolve for the program to set up? Zorin 17.
Works for me. Do you have a Telegram account already? The QR code will only work from an existing account usually from a smartphone which then activates the application on your desktop PC using Zorin OS or other operating system including Windows and Mac.

Is the clock on Zorin set to the same time as the device providing the QR code?
