Is there any text-to-speech Linux app?
eg 
as we can use along with other apps there is an app which is glate on the snap store but I don't think its works with other docs apps
There is pico and espeak. I do not use them so I do not know anything about the configuration or usage...
sudo apt install espeak
sudo apt install libttspico-utils
I think espeak has more versatile options.
