This error usually appears when you have software center open or synaptic or the system updater. Make sure to exit them before running the apt commands.
In your screenshots, you show that you have the Jammy
Wine repository added. You need to open Software & Updates
and remove that repository.
The Repository you should be using is only the Focal
repository.
You can try to flush your apt-cache?
I had same problem with Unmet dependicies before?
I did delete the focal wine.

deleted jammy and I still have issue. or been moved out of Incoming.
