The system formats the system disk itself

Good afternoon!
It is not the first time that I have a problem that when installing or using the terminal, the operating system itself, without any questions, simply begins to delete absolutely all files and folders from the system disk, who knows what the problem is, please tell me how to deal with it, I'm just reinstalling the system for the fourth time.
Thank you all in advance!

There is no mechanism or code in place by which the O.S. can begin deleting all files and folders all on its own.

What this sounds like is disk or drive failure. Have you run a S.M.A.R.T. test on the drive in question?

You say it happens when you're using the terminal. What exactly are you doing in the terminal at that time? Please provide the exact commands you're using if possible, and the sources if you're copying commands you found somewhere.

No, I did not conduct any checks, but the fact is that, for example, yesterday during installation, when I had a checkbox selected about installing third-party software, after installing and configuring the hardware, the installer simply began to write something in the spirit of "Preparing for removal , completely deleted"

This can happen after any command related to the installation and not only, the last time it happened was after the command "sudo apt install -y grapejuice" source https://brinkervii.gitlab.io/grapejuice/install-on/ubuntu / also happened after the "sudo apt update" command

This looks like the cleanup of automatic dependencies. Which is not the same thing as saying "absolutely all files and folders from the system disk". You had me thinking your hard drive was being wiped.

Cleanup of automatically installed temporary files and dependencies is a normal process that removes no longer needed temporary files.
This helps prevent bloat and system clutter that can rapidly hog drive space.

So no, the disk is literally formatted, the first time I also thought that the system was deleting unnecessary files, but then I saw in the terminal that the settings application was being deleted and it stopped starting, when I tried, the system plainly wrote to me that there was no application if, of course, deleting settings and the browser is at least included in cleaning, then okay

@Light, let's please stick to clear terms and definitions.

Formatting a disk is to wipe and format it in a File System - it would leave no trace of any of your installations or operating system.
If a program is removed, that is not the same thing as Formatting a Disk.
This must be clarified in order to troubleshoot since those are very different processes and very different outcomes.

It would be most helpful if you can run the command in terminal and show a screenshot of the output.
If settings application is being removed; this strongly suggests a dependency conflict is at work - So please also show your Sources.
What is your output for

sudo apt update

And are you on Zorin OS 17 or Zorin OS 16?

You may have added a repository that is for Focal, for example instead of for Jammy, causing package conflict.

I am using Zorin os 17.2 Core

Ok, so all sources should point to Jammy.
Run sudo apt update and relay if any point to impish or focal or some other non-Jammy source.

To be honest, there are some doubts now, but when installing with a check mark on the item about third-party software, what is shown in the photo starts

That is the Ubiquity installer from the Live USB.
Is Zorin OS currently installed to the drive?

Zorin OS was installed on the PC, but before installation it was indicated that the disk should be erased, do I understand correctly that it should not be erased after installation and configuration?

I would erase... But that is a user choice, really.

Is Zorin OS currently installed on the drive?

In the process, now the installer is deleting the files

Yes, the installer will delete many files once installation is finished.

Should I attach a photo when the installation is complete?

Yes, what we need to see is the process that shows the removal of software that you installed on the once installed Zorin OS - or the terminal relaying the removal of files and folders.

If you are installing third party software, please include the Source so we can see if it is the proper repository.

Okay, I'll wait for the installation to finish then.

After installation, everything seems to be fine for now, but the fact is that it deleted files even after installing Zorin OS instead of Windows this is exactly what scared me
