Themes folder in boot/grub is missing

To cut the story short, the Grub menu shows up but when I select Zorin to boot, it doesn't boot. After so many repairs using Boot Repair tool, it is booting up now but I have lost the themes folder in the boot/grub.
The question is, is it as simple as just creating one?

In terminal, please run

sudo apt install --reinstall grub-theme-zorin
