Hi All, I recently purchased Asus ROG Strix 18 laptop and installed Zorin 16.3 Pro. However, touchpad and audio not working. If I update kernel to 6.x version touchpad functioning, audio still problem. With 6.x version of kernel getting ACPI BIOS errors and struck on boot screen. Help appriciated. Further my laptop got Intel 13980HX CPU and RTX 4070 GPU.
Generally, this should mean that you have Intel Graphics and Nvidia graphics. Have you tried booting into Zorin OS with nomodeset parameter (On the 6+ kernel)?
How did you install the 6+ kernel? < This is an important question.
