Some say that the xorg drivers work better than Libinput for this device:

sudo apt install xserver-xorg-input-synaptics

just copy and paste in terminal? Or its necessary to remove the old version? Because nothing happend...

If already installed... Then that may not be the helpful solution.
I restored to searching the web on this (Elantech is notorious...):

This user suggests it is a BIOS Setting (So may work on some computers)

the link describes only the function to disable the touchpad by using FN and F7.... it doesnt change anything... thanks for your help.

How can i deinstall the function, cause the touchpad isnt reliable anymore....

replace 'install' with 'remove' in the command that Aravisian posted.
