Trouble installing Openasar for Discord

Hey, new Zorin OS user here,

After installing discord I was gonna install openasar alongside it when I got an error saying that I did not have permission to move the app.asar file, does anyone know how to fix? thanks

Open terminal and run

sudo -i

That will elevate you to root permissions. In that same terminal then run:

nautilus

that will launch File Manager in elevated root permissions, giving you access to the Root /var directory.
