title pretty much explains it no idea why that is tho either on discord or firefox and on firefox i have a millioen options but they all sounds like they have been spoken in by a dalak extremely fast somethimes 2

Are these Programs installed as Flatpak or .deb Files? Does the Sound comes from built-in Speakers, external Speakers or Headphones/Headset? If not built-in: How is the Device connected?
Did You tried Pulse Audio Volume Control? It is a Tool to set up Audio Input and Output. You can install it with sudo apt install pavucontrol via Terminal. When installed, check the Configuration and Output Tabs for Audio Profiles and Options. You might need to play a bit with the offered Options.
Also: Does Your System run in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE via Terminal.
installes as flatpack from the store / software im using an audia tecnica ath-m50-bt2 headset (ldac codec bleuthoot) but speaker from display sounds the same il try the pavucontrol one next
You could also test if the Sound is better when using the APT Package instead of the Flatpak.
wayland i believe also flatpack steam and stuf is installed and all other audio works its really only tts that sounds absolutly horible
