Two layers of taskbar on additional screens

Hi there,

I have 3 screens. I like my taskbar to appear on all screens mainly because I share my center and rightmost screen with my work PC, thus having the taskbar on my leftmost screen is relevant.

This morning, I logged into my session and was greeted with a full screen error message about needing to log out. So I did and upon logging back in, I had no taskbar at the bottom, only a thin taskbar at the top.

I rebooted and it was the same. So I've gone in "Zorin Appearance" and reapplied the default Layout. The thin top taskbar was removed, the normal thick taskbar at the bottom appeared.

When I applied the setting to see the taskbars on all screens, the taskbars on the rightmost and leftmost screens are doubled and layered on top of one another. The icons are also not in the same spot since the “bottom” one has no Zorin button.

Is there a way to reset the taskbars configurations? I can repin my applications.

Thanks!

I would suggest to disable the Taskabr an then enable it again. To do that, install the Extension Manager in Gnome Software if not already done:

When installed, open it, go to the Installed Tab, scroll down until You find the Zorin Taskbar and disable it. Reboot and then enable it again.

That did it. Quick, simple, precise.

Top help. Thanks a lot.
