Can you help me?

Thanks in advance

Hi, a thing you can try is to update the drivers for your card(s).

Commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
1 Like

I did that, but I didn't succeed.

Well, system is working with supported resolutions as reported by capabilities of your displays/monitors.

Can you please:

  1. Let us know which display you are using?
  2. Run 'xrandr' in terminal screen and post it here?
  3. Run 'xrandr --listproviders --listactivemonitors' in terminal screen and post it here?

Thank to reply

Follow the output

Thanks.
Based on your data it seem that you have maybe something like 21:9 display?
Can you please share exact display model and type?

(Also, your graphics drivers really seem to be detecting only 1920x1080 as max resolution....)

Yes.
My monitor is a LG 29WK600-W 29" UltraWide 21:9 WFHD (2560 x 1080)
