So I've tried to install software using Terminal, and I got this error message

So I've tried typing the terminal sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get update --fix-missing but that didn't work. Why I getting error?

It looks more like Expressvpn issue. Can you install other apps normally ? If yes, than for sure issue is with source

No, because Software & Update also have issues. It say No Internet Connection even I am connected to the Internet

Yes. Last time I download went success without error. I started to redownload because when I disconnect the VPN, I lost the WiFi Driver
