Can you please remove the directory at ~/.cache/gnome-software

Then reinstall gnome-software

sudo apt install --reinstall gnome-software

Launch Software and test.

I did this, but the notification reappears

Cany ou please try:

sudo fwupdmgr refresh && sudo apt full-upgrade

Reboot and test...

Аfter the commands like this : Looking for new updates...(This could take a while)
and does not end

Sounds like fwupd is where the problem is...
Can you try:

sudo apt install --reinstall fwupd

Is your locale set correctly?

Are you set to Main Server under "download from" in Software & Updates?
